Iran is one of the safest and most welcoming countries to visit, especially from USA.

The people are awesome there, most are under age 30 and everyone is nice, helpful and interested in you as a person.

You will be surprised.

Never trust the media to portray any country in a correct light, particularly Iran - fast becoming the region's most visited country.

All those people who said that it wasn't safe, have their head up their b***!! Listen I know what I'm saying, IT IS COMPLETELY safe, I know and have heard about well over 20 Americans that have travelled to Iran and all of them said it was safer than even the U.S. Iranians love americans, and all the stuff you see on the TV that say it isn't safe is just propaganda!! Go and have fun, and if you do go, go to the following place: 29 Doulat St. in Tehran and take a pic of the house and send it to me, it was my old house. And also, I'm going during the summer, want to come along? hehe
