I could give you the literal translation of that term in Arabic, but it wouldn't make sense.
The equivalent of that term would be "ha-maar" or "7amar" which means donkey. If you call someone a donkey in Arabic, you are implying that they are stupid and some people take it as an offensive term. For a female, it's "ha-maara" (7mara).

i agree with the first answer. learn something beneficial. insults are not appreciated among arabs.
