It does indeed: the Iraqi dinar. The official exchange rate is 1,469.63 dinars per US dollar at the Central Bank of Iraq, but there is not yet a set international exchange rate.

Well they do, the New Iraqi Dinar, exact exchange rates have eluded me but you can check the sites listed below for more information.
