Lagos is huge. Different parts of the city have different postal codes. You have to be more specific.
Anyway, the postal service doesn't work in Nigeria. You must send things by courier.

If you're trying to fill a form online use either 2341 or 23401. If you want the REAL postal code (which seems to be useful to courier service companies ONLY), it'll depend on where in Lagos e.g some streets in Ikeja use 100271 and some streets in Victoria Island use 101241. ZIP Codes are a US Post Office thing. Nigeria is not the US.
