The Saudi Riyal (SR) is the unit of currency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is divided into a hundred Halalah. The denominations of the Saudi currency are as follows:
Bills: 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 and 500 Riyals.
Coins: 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 Halalahs.
"1 Riyal equal 100 Halalas"
Since July 1986, the Saudi Riyal has been pegged to the U.S. dollar with a fixed exchange rate of SR3.75 to U.S. $1.00.

The CIA World Factbook can tell you so much about other countries.
In the Economy section of Saudi Arabia, we see that the currency is called the Saudi riyal, abbreviated SAR. This is to distinguish it from the Dubai riyal and the Qatar riyal.
You can see pictures of the 50 riyal note at http://www.britannica.com/eb/article-9390576/riyal
